Take a number of shots using lines to create a sense of depth. Shooting with a wide-angle lens (zooming out) strengthens a diagonal line by giving it more length within the frame. The effect is dramatically accentuated if you choose a viewpoint close to the line.
These shots were taken to create an illusion of endlessness, giving a strong sense of depth to the images, however sometimes the lines have nowhere to go.
Using lines within images can enhance an image dramatically, however if the lines are not going anywhere within the frame it can also spoil the composition.
